Stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my choice. It was a joy spending time in the clean room with kettle, TV and breakfast which turned out to be very good value. The staff was pretty friendly & welcoming. The location was marvellous, relatively near a 19th - century pier. Also, the area was nice enough. Being very close to a tram station was a bonus.

The venue was in a central location just next door to the seafront, the sea front and a tram stop and towel and pleasure beach. Lovely well mannered staff created a quiet atmosphere. The room was compact and en suite with TV, breakfast which turned out to be very good value, as example.

Greatly enjoyed our stay here and would recomand. The hotel was lovely welcoming and reasonably clean with lovely well mannered staff members. The location of the venue was peaceful, very close to St Chads Road tram station.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a kettle and an iron inside the room. The food provided for breakfast was nice. The hotel was in a good and absolutely perfect position really close to towel and pleasure beach, and the Abbotsford.

The place was spotlessly clean and had a family atmosphere. Marvellous location and overall the staff was pretty friendly and very polite.

Would recomand the place. It's nice comfy base for sightseeing and exploring Blackpool. We had double beds and we all slept well. Also, free Wi Fi was provided🙂
